T. Narsi Reddy brings over 25 years of hands-on mining and drilling operations experience across India, Africa and the Middle East. As VP Operations & Mining Operations Leader at EuroTeck India, and founder of NRIGS.COM, he combines deep technical expertise with a global perspective to help companies find, procure and operate the right drilling equipment for any application.

NRIGS was built on a simple but powerful idea: that companies worldwide deserve access to the world's best drilling equipment, with the technical guidance of someone who has actually drilled with it. Not a catalogue trader — a trusted technical partner.

1998–2005
Early Career — Mining Operations
Started in drilling and blasting operations across Indian coal and mineral mines. Built deep technical knowledge of rig types, formations and production drilling.
2005–2012
African Operations
Managed drilling operations across West and Southern Africa — gold, copper and diamond exploration and production projects.
2012–2018
Middle East & Senior Leadership
Led operations teams across GCC countries. Expanded into geotechnical and foundation drilling markets. VP Operations role.
2018–Present
EuroTeck India & NRIGS.COM
VP Operations & Mining Operations Leader at EuroTeck India. Founded NRIGS.COM to connect global manufacturers with end users worldwide.
